GorillaWorks was started by people who ran staffing operations themselves and lived the gap between the front office and the back office. The tools for finding and placing people kept getting better, while everything after the placement still ran on spreadsheets, email chains, and late nights.

Rather than bolt another point tool onto the pile, we built a platform that treats the back office as one connected workflow: onboarding, timesheets, payroll, billing, commissions, and margin, with each step feeding the next automatically. That decision is why the platform now handles fully integrated SOW engagements alongside contingent placements, something no patchwork of point tools can do.

The mission is simple: eliminate back office friction so staffing firms can focus on placing great people and growing their business. Today the platform supports agencies across the US and Canada, and processes billions of dollars in client invoicing every year.
